You can use equipment in any order that you choose. Always listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, don’t do it or make necessary adjustments.

Here are different routines that target specific goals.

1. Relaxation

a.     Sauna – Health program relaxation, acoustic resonance, chromotherapy  lights green, turquoise, or violet

b.     Cold Tub – Set at 78°-85°

c.     Hot Tub – Set at 101°-104°

d.     Cold Tub

e.     Massage Chair – F8 Swedish relaxation

2. Chronic Pain Alleviation

a.     Sauna – Health program pain relief, chromotherapy lights green, turquoise or violet

b.     Cold Tub – Set at 42°-76° (take the coldest dip that your body can handle. DO NOT PUSH PAST YOUR PHYSICAL LIMITS)

c.     Hot Tub – Set at 104°

i.    Pain level 1-6 – F3 Ache relief

ii.    Pain level 7 or 8 – F5 Air cell therapy or F6 Full body stretch

3. Acute Pain Alleviation

a.     Hot Tub – Set at 104°

b.     Cold Tub – Set at 42°-76° (take the coldest dip that your body can handle. DO NOT PUSH PAST YOUR PHYSICAL LIMITS)

i.    Pain level 1-6 – F3 Ache relief
